 Our Suggested Itinerary - Explore a past Aujo Travel trip for your next adventure

Day 1 | Dubai – "Welcome to the United Arab Emirates"

Upon landing in the city, we will explore one of the world's unique museums, the Future Museum. Unlike museums dedicated to the past, this recently opened museum focuses specifically on the future and the shape of our future. After the fascinating visit, we'll head to the center of Dubai, known for its stunning skyscrapers and enter the "Palm Islands," Jumeirah, designed in a unique architectural style resembling royal palm trees. On Jumeirah, we'll ascend to a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the incredible Palm Islands before continuing to the center of Dubai, "Downtown." Here, we'll encounter the "Modern Tower of Babel," the world's tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, located above the vast Dubai Mall complex with a diverse range of luxury brands. We'll take an elevator to the 124th floor of the structure, offering a panoramic view of the city and its surroundings. After the tower tour, we'll explore the immense shopping center, followed by an evening spectacle at the mesmerizing Dubai Fountain, synchronized to perfect musical coordination. Dinner will be enjoyed at a restaurant overlooking the fountains.


Day 2 | Dubai - Abu Dhabi

The morning will start with another scenic viewpoint in Dubai, the framing structure of Dubai, Dubai Frame, a unique building with a height of 150 meters resembling a picture frame, offering historical displays and panoramic views within Zabeel Park. After this beautiful observation, we'll bid farewell to Dubai and travel across the main roads to the neighboring emirate and the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi. Our first stop in the city will be an exciting visit to "House of Abraham," a shared prayer facility for the three main monotheistic religions: Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, symbolizing coexistence and harmony (subject to approval). Following the visit, we'll stroll along the Corniche promenade, overlooking monumental structures such as Caesar Al Watan Palace, the Louvre Museum, and Sheikh Zayed Mosque. After the promenade tour, we'll return to our accommodation for the night and have dinner in our hotel in Abu Dhabi.


Day 3 | Abu Dhabi and its Sites

A fantastic day dedicated to Abu Dhabi and its sites begins with a visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, an ideal blend of Islamic traditions and the rich history of the United Arab Emirates. This mosque, considered one of the largest in the world, showcases Islamic architecture. We'll then proceed to the luxurious Louvre Museum, a remarkable museum displaying art and culture from around the world, emphasizing the connection between Western and Eastern art. From here, we'll move to Qasr Al Watan, the Presidential Palace, one of the most impressive buildings globally, presenting fascinating aspects of culture and art. We'll explore the palace and its splendid halls, followed by an evening show at the enchanting Dubai Fountains located nearby. Dinner will be arranged in Abu Dhabi.


Day 4 | Abu Dhabi – Dubai – Museum of the Future – Miracle Gardens – Evening Cruise on Dubai Water Canals

This morning, we'll explore a less-known phenomenon in the region: the Mangrove Forest of Jubail, a unique nature reserve where an intriguing climatic system has developed. After this, we'll delve further into the countries and destinations beyond the usual tourist route, entering the city of Al Ain, the birthplace of the local rulers of the United Arab Emirates. Within Al Ain, we will visit the captivating "Al Ain Oasis," a special desert oasis located at the foot of Jebel Hafeet, where the famous Al Ain Hilton Hotel is perched. In accordance with the schedule, we'll also visit the Emirate Palace, a testimony to the life of the founder of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Al Nahyan, and his family. For dessert today, we'll ascend to a viewpoint on Jebel Hafeet, offering a panoramic view of the incredible oasis. We'll return to our hotel in Al Ain for an evening meal.


Day 5 | Al Ain – Camel Market – Eastern Beaches of Oman Gulf – Fujairah

This morning, we'll get acquainted with the unique irrigation system of the region, the water wells, and channels that irrigate the agricultural fields of the desert oasis. We'll visit the famous Camel Market, the largest in the United Arab Emirates and a must-see destination in the country. We'll explore the remarkable market where local men showcase their prized possessions for sale. We'll walk through the authentic market streets and then continue our journey by ascending the Hajar Mountains, descending to another emirate, and less touristy destination, Fujairah. Here, we'll get to know the Oman Gulf, one of the secluded and beautiful coastlines globally, with fjords and blue waters kissing the sea. Today's fascinating trip outside the usual tourist route will be dedicated to a tour of Fujairah's fort and the neighboring Al Bidya Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in the United Arab Emirates. For dessert, we'll climb the Jebel Hafeet Mountains, from where we can gaze upon the United Arab Emirates. We'll spend the night and enjoy dinner in Fujairah.


Day 6 | Wadi Shis – Hajar Mountains – Old Dubai – Global Village

In the morning, we'll witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Gulf and embark on a short walking route through Wadi Shis, passing by the picturesque terraced gardens, irrigation channels, and water pools. After this short walking tour, we'll return to climb the Hajar Mountains, visit the local power generation systems, meet some locals who continue to work their fields traditionally, and cross the road until we reach Dubai. From there, we'll continue to have lunch in Old Dubai, the creek area (Dubai Creek), and the central Gulf. The place from which the city developed and grew from a small fishing port to a bustling metropolis. We'll start our tour in the historic district of Al Bastakiya, glide on the local "abra" boats, cruising on Dubai Creek to the other side of the city. The last part of the city will be dedicated to the Deira district, with its numerous markets: the aroma of spices, the Gold Souk, the Silk Market, and colorful fabrics. After the insightful tours during the day, in the evening, we'll head to the Global Village, one of the world's largest leisure and entertainment tourism projects, attracting over five million visitors each year. The illuminated and colorful village represents approximately 75 countries worldwide, featuring culinary surprises, souvenir shops, music performances, and a dazzling fireworks show. We'll spend the night in Dubai.


Day 7 I Dubai – Sharjah and its sites – Dune Bashing with Jeeps – Evening Cruise in the Creek

In the morning, we will embark on a journey to the emirate located to the north – Sharjah. Our tour will commence at the magnificent Sharjah Mosque, and from there, we will continue exploring the heart of the city, the Museum of Islamic Civilization, where we'll witness exhibitions showcasing Islamic culture. From here, we'll venture into the Blue Souk, a structure designed in the 1980s by a British architect duo, providing a sense of a building taken from "One Thousand and One Nights." Here, we can also purchase traditional local attire, such as the Kandura, the local gown worn by the people of the Emirates. Leaving Sharjah, we will return to the outskirts of Dubai, and in the evening, we will join local Jeeps to explore the endless dunes of the desert. If weather conditions permit, we will experience the unique encounter with local Bedouins. Afterward, we will return to the Jeeps and embark on an evening cruise along a local creek, combined with a dinner to familiarize ourselves with the dazzling skyscrapers of Dubai Creek. Here, we will be amazed by the wealth of the Emirates' residents whom we will learn to recognize.


Day 8 I Dubai - The Stunning Gardens 

In the morning, we will visit Dubai's extraordinary gardens, known as the Instagrammers' paradise – the stunning gardens of Dubai. Despite the extreme temperatures prevailing in the region during the summer months, it still allows for the development of one of the botanical gardens in the unique water irrigation system of the city. According to the flight schedule, we will head to the airport for our return flight.
